Experienced in business administration in the human resources, accounting and finance departments of an optical manufacturer, managing the operations and financial affairs of two overseas subsidiaries (production factories) in the Philippines.

I was responsible for launching the plant and getting operations up and running as head of the administrative department.

 

After that, he was involved in management consulting and support for numerous startup companies, and served as CFO of numerous startups, including a university-based startup company. He has successfully raised funds from venture capitals and angel investors, and has experience in formulating and reviewing business plans and equity strategies for over 500 companies.

In order to give back to entrepreneurs the knowledge he has gained through launching businesses, supporting numerous startups, serving as an executive officer of listed companies, and working in accounting and finance, human resources, and corporate sales, I established the company in April 2010. Since then, I have played a part in the management of entrepreneurs as their right-hand man (external CFO) to solve management issues in the corporate finance field.

 

In September 2023, he was appointed visiting professor at the University of Information and Management Innovation (iU), expanding his scope of activities.

 

My motto is "Work steadily every day".

As a photographer, he photographs single cherry blossom trees all over Japan, as well as natural and urban landscapes. His photographs have been featured in calendars and he has won many photo contests.
