I act as the right-hand man (external CFO) of entrepreneurs, primarily targeting seed/early stage startup companies, and assisting them in IPOs and business sales.

With a focus on raising equity for growth to the next stage, I support the formulation of business plans and equity strategies and match with investors.

I will directly participate in management, being able to see things from the same perspective as entrepreneurs, by utilizing the knowledge and experience I gained from running a business as managers ourselves.

Since the company's founding, my philosophy has remained unchanged: to lead independent entrepreneurs who take risks to success, and to contribute to creating a next-generation society in which entrepreneurs are the most respected and valued.

My company name, Polaris, means "Polar Star".  I aim to be a compass for entrepreneurs on their intellectual voyage of business, sharing their philosophy and vision, which could be called the Polar Star, and accompanying them on their journey to achieve it.
